How we do it

A regular process is as follows

  • Mezino Technologies will screen and short-list candidates suited for the job.
  • Client Interviews candidates and selects the desired resources.
  • Resources are dedicated to client for a fixed duration of time (10 to 40 hours a week).
  • Resources hired starts working for the client as per client’s requirements under the supervision of a manager at our development centre.
  • Manager ensures the transparent workflow and the availability of all the facilities to the client and the team.
  • Manager ensures the timely reporting to keep the client updated with the progress of the team.
